Residential Home Inspection

An evaluation of the house’s major systems and structural integrity. Our Certified Home Inspector will document how these systems are working together and identify areas that need to be watched, repaired or replaced.

11th Month Warranty Inspection

A newly built house inspection covers all major systems, including testing of the mechanical systems and components. All visible defects will be noted in a written report and ready for presentation to your builder before your new construction home warranty expires.

Annual Maintenance Review

If not taken care of, wood destroying insects can cause serious structural damage to the integrity of the house.
