Then it goes into detail how to maintain and protect your investment with incredibly useful info.
James is extremely thorough and patient answering your questions and freely talks about your concerns. He takes whatever amount of time you need to fully understand each item he notes from the inspection. His final report is sent to you via email with color photos of each area he notes for attention and some are very minor but he knows you pay him for every detail and he delivers outstanding service.
